Returns and Exchanges:

Please fill out the form below to initiate a return. 
Only valid on unworn items within 7 days of receiving order. You can send the order back to us at #525-99 Rue Chabanel, Montréal, QC. Returns will be processed 1-2 days after receiving the order at our studio.

If you want to exchange your order for a new size, you can fill out the form below with your order number to verify that we have it in stock. If it's available, you can post the order back to us #525-99 Rue Chabanel, Montréal, QC. and we will send you your new size free of cost.

Cancellations:

Due to the fast turn around of our handmade items, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it's been shipped out. Please email info@alexwatson.shop to initiate a return. Only valid on unworn items within 7 days of receiving order.

International

We do not accept international returns/ exchanges that charge duties to Canada. Thank you for your understanding.
