     ALEX WATSON offers Net Positive, Earth Forward garments that are crafted from a combination of bespoke hand-picked overstock fabrics and high-quality organic materials to create a line with high traceability and a low carbon footprint.  We believe sustainably sourced fabrics should be a standard, not a luxury, which is why we work with deadstock fabrics that divert waste and reduce carbon emissions that are associated with the production of virgin fabrics. 

     We prioritize supporting the local design ecosystem of the Montreal Garment District, utilizing the wisdom of traditional construction methods and techniques that although tedious, drastically improve the quality of our work, in turn resulting in longer-lasting garments that reject the environmental and social damage that the fast-fashion industry has sadly normalized.

     Echoing these socio-environmental values, we keep our fabrication local in order to reduce carbon emissions associated with shipping and increase the intimate feel of small batch, limited launch production.
